Once an order has been confirmed and payment received, processing will begin.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of checkout.

Payment must be made in full before any order is processed or shipped.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Lighterman operates from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed and paid for in full before 12:00 on a business day will generally be processed for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days, subject to stock availability and order verification. Orders placed after 12:00, outside of operating hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

All dispatch and delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee. Lighterman reserves the right to delay dispatch or delivery due to stock constraints, verification requirements, courier limitations, system issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier service, customer location, weather conditions, and other external factors beyond Lighterman’s control. Deliveries to outlying, rural, or remote areas may take longer than standard metropolitan deliveries.

Certain delivery addresses identified by courier partners as high risk or dangerous areas may be subject to an additional delivery surcharge. Such surcharges are determined by the courier and not by Lighterman. Where reasonably possible, customers will be notified of any additional charges prior to dispatch.

Lighterman shall not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from third party courier services, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or restricted access to delivery locations.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier for delivery.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items reported within a reasonable time after delivery.

Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of smoking accessories, certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.

Shipping costs are non refundable unless otherwise stated.
